Applicants are welcome to submit application forms and all the necessary documents to Distance Learning Centre all year round. If you already have higher education or specialized secondary education, you will study using distance learning methods during two years and the last year you will have to attend classes at Academy.
In case you have specialized secondary education or higher education you can enter Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law without arrival at Khabarovsk. What you need is to send the documents by post. The interview will be conducted via e-mail.
